You can use the whole book. 16-17 was just to help those that did not pay attention while reading.

Do we have to only use evidence from chapters 16-17 as evidence or can we use any quotes from the book?

Mr.Randon for our 1st debate draft on the differences between income classes have threatened democratic ideals... when you say that we get to define what democratic ideals are in our first speech for pro or con,are we only allowed a certain amount of ideals we can use or can we use as many democratic ideals (for/against) as we want as long as its in a 4 minute period?
